What is an outward payment/transfer for eCREDO?

An outward payment/transfer is a payment transaction where you transfer funds to another account either within the EU or to any other country abroad.

eCREDO offers the possibility of inward bank transfers from any European country in Euros. It can take up to 24 hours for the funds to be cleared and show in the eCREDO balance.

Any EU IBAN in any EU country can send money to an eCREDO account, facilitating Businesses with co-operators and clients in Europe, freelancers and individuals as well as Families that support members located anywhere in the EU.

eCREDO users can share their eCREDO IBAN details with any company or individual that they are to receive money from. In the eCREDO mobile app there is a very convenient feature “Send IBAN details” that allows you to send your details to anyone you wish to receive money from using any of the apps installed on your mobile phone (SMS, Messenger, Viber, Whatsapp, email, etc.).

Also, instant Top up by any Debit Card that clears immediately in the eCREDO account. Debit Card loads are only possible for the personal plans. Due to safety and anti-money laundering policies the Business plans cannot accept this type of inward payments. Business plans support higher amounts of funds and extra safety policies are placed.

Instant money transfers from another eCREDO user (e2e Now). Companies, individuals and Families can send and receive money via their eCREDO network. The Personal plans can transfer instantly via e2e Now up to €10K and the Business plans up to €200K.

For the e2e Now functionality you will need to use your eCREDO registered email address which is also the account’s user name. This information can again be shared via “Send IBAN details” button in the eCREDO mobile app as it also includes your registered email address.
