eCREDO accounts are available to everyone above the age of 18 residing in Europe. eCREDO serves individuals residing in Europe and Businesses registered within the EU or able to prove substance in the EU. A full list with the servicing countries can be found here: eCREDO servicing countries

  • Yes, our basic plan Jade which offers up to €72,000 in money transfers per year or up to €6,000 per month is offered for Free without any monthly subscription. The account holder needs to pay only for the issuance and delivery of the Mastercard. The rest of the plans have a monthly subscription as they offer most of the services without any further charges. Our client’s money enjoy the highest security as eCREDO prioritises the safety of the customer’s funds and that is the reason that customer funds are fully segregated and safe kept in top Tier European banks in Ireland, which have accepted and integrated the fintech ventures. This ensures that the customer’s funds cannot be used for any other purpose and can be accessed only by the account holder. eCREDO with registration number HE394761 is approved and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland as a Distributor of PFS Card Services Ireland Limited (“PCSIL”) of IBAN, electronic Wallets and prepaid Mastercard within the European Economic Area.

  • Opening of an individual account it can take from 5 minutes to 24 working hours maximum. Opening of the account requires only 2 documents a valid ID or passport and a utility bill under your name of the last 3 months.

The opening of a Business account can be done in 8-15 working days as long as the company meets the criteria. For the opening of a business account check out the registration section of our business information booklet here:

eCREDO Business

  • If your card or its credentials get stolen, simply login to your account from any electronic device and transfer the funds back to your IBAN safely. 
  • Use the “lock” the card option, or “report it stolen” button and a new card will be issued. The current card becomes inactive and a new one is on its way without the need to notify or call anyone. It’s as simple as that.
  • In the event that money has been stolen before you manage to take action, contact us at +357 25508500 and eCREDO will initiate the procedure with our Mastercard partners to arrange a refund.

  • We are just an email or phone call away. Contact us at [email protected] and a service agent will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, call us at +357 25508500 and ask to speak to one of our customer support representatives.
  • You can add money to your Jade or Emerald account by:

    1. Initiate a bank transfer (SEPA) from your current bank account to your eCREDO account using your eCREDO IBAN and BIC code. This can be found:
      1.  in your mobile app under IBAN details, 
      2. and in the webapp in the cards and wallet tab. 

    eCREDO does not charge any fees (€0,00) for incoming transfers. Allow a few hours for the funds to clear in your eCREDO account.

    1. Debit card load with zero (€0,00) fees. Take any of your current debit cards and top up your account instantly and absolutely FREE.  Simply click on the “top up by debit card” button on your dashboard.
    2. Ask any other eCREDO user to send you money instantly using ‘e2e Now’. Instant money transfers between eCREDO users with no fees for amounts up to €50 per transfer or with a flat fee of €1.75 for every transaction above €50.  The maximum amount per single transaction is €10,000.

     You can add money to your Onyx or Ruby account by:

    1. Initiating a bank transfer (SEPA) from your current bank account to your eCREDO account using your eCREDO IBAN and BIC code. This can be done:
      1. in your mobile app under IBAN details. 
      2. in the webapp under cards and wallet tab

    eCREDO does not charge any fees (€0,00) for incoming transfers. Allow few hours for the funds to clear in your eCREDO account.


    Ask any other eCREDO user to send you money instantly using the ‘e2e Now’. Instant money transfers between eCREDO users with no fees for amounts up to €50 per transfer or with a flat fee of €1.75 for every transaction above €50. The maximum amount per single transaction is €200,000.
  • All eCREDO accounts offer Free Euro cash withdrawals from any ATM machine that accepts Mastercard. Each plan offers a number of withdrawal for free and/or a euro limit for withdrawal. For more detail visit our fees and limits page here.
